3.7 · 105 reviewsReeks of urine. Staff unfriendly - person at front desk & an aide that helped put a few items in my car for the resident I was picking up. Very disappointed in continuity of care in transferring a handicapped person from NH to community! Even if a person is able to make decisions on their own, if they are handicapped, Wc bound, unable to walk r/t to painful neuropathy some communication needs to take place between the NH SW/staff & where they are being discharges!
I don’t appreciate how they don’t tend to the patients who sit in either their chairs, dirty clothes or plain out forget them in the dining room for hours on end it’s ridiculous
My uncle was placed there and several people warned me about the care there, including his doctors. He always called and complained about his care while being there. He was always getting bed sores from not being repositioned. His call light response time was slow. They are short staffed.

i have rehab at various places between michigan and florida This by far the BEST I HAVE EVER Had the facility mite bea little tired but i wasn’t there for the ambiance it was for rehab thomas marsden
Love the Laurels of Coldwater but Melissa the wound care nurse was my favorite. Her kindness makes a difference
My mother was there for recovery and had severe wounds, Nurse Melissa took very good care of her, She was very patient and kind. We need more nurses like her. Thank You Melissa a Million time we're grateful for your care.
