2.4 · 5 reviewsTerrible Place There aren't any good nurses here Only two good cna B and I think the other one was demeka The lady over activities is the worst She has nothing plan for the resident same stuff everyday She think she runs the places which cause a lot of good workers to leave They should go find those 2 previous girls that work ( Derrica & Mya) there they were great with the residents The building needs to be update It has all type of problems I give this place one star on behalf of the kitchen they sometimes cook nice food
My grandmother is in Law Den Nursing Home. The community is excellent, they're great, they communicate with you, they're nice, and hands-on. They make sure she gets everything she needs. After getting used to it, she likes it there. However, it's an older facility and needs a little work.
