My grandpa spent his final days at Legacy and was very well taken care of. From the moment you walk in the door the ladies at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well taken care of. Every member of their care team left us feeling confident he was taken care of at all times. Everyone was so nice and honestly made us feel so comfortable. It felt so good to know we were able to give him the care he needed in his last days and being able to trust Legacy to fulfill that wish! Thank you all so much from the Long family!! Bless you all!
My dad was a resident for over 18 months and I can't praise the incredible staff at Legacy enough! They provided compassionate care and support for Dad and our family. Their attention to details and being responsive to resident's needs is amazing. They were also a great support system for the family as the end of life transitions began. I highly recommend Legacy to care for your loved ones.

My dad has been a resident in the Memory Care for almost a year I am an RN with years of long term care experience, and I am very observant ! I can not offer enough praise for the way the staff treat the residents, truley like family members, with love, kindness, compassion, patience, and empathy The meals are also wonderful ! It was a hard decision having my dad placed, but he is happy there and feels loved and safe Thank you for what you do here at Legacy Assisted Living!
I could not have made it through this time in my life without Legacy Assisted Living Center. Your caring and compassion were exceptional and everyone is so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. If you need a place for mom or dad where you KNOW they’ll be well cared for and safe, look at Legacy. You won’t be disappointed.
What we like the most about Legacy Assisted Living is that everyone there is happy and cares. However, the full meals are too big which equals food waste, but our loved one reduced herself to half portions which are perfect. Yes, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.
They are very friendly. We felt it was the best facility in Jackson. The memory care unit is extremely attentive and seem to be very caring towards residents.
The food was good but my aunt would've preferred more options. While my aunt didn't participate in activities it did seem that the facility planned a lot. Dame or better care for a fair price compared to Washtenaw county. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far
