If you’re looking for good-quality care and genuine hospitality, this is the place. It may not be the prettiest facility, but what matters most is the care your loved one receives, and I can honestly say they will be taken care of here. From management all the way to the floor staff, the team is phenomenal. They truly care about their residents, and that speaks volumes. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a caring and supportive environment for their loved one.
This place is the bomb.com! The staff is so attentive to my family needs. That damn Dee is an amazing rehabilitation aide. Ask to be on her hall!
the staff are horrible there and bullies DO NOT RECOMMEND the place is trifling starting with midnight cna sleeping in residents room and leaving behind a bunch of mess and trash that morning are forced to be responsible for the management have nasty attitudes behind closed doors and treat certain staff members terribly the only way to get your family taken care of is if you are heavily on it residents with no family are neglected there are MULTIPLE residents since i have been there that have passed away due to nurse and management neglect such as not sending them to hospitals from the first…

THIS PLACE IS ABOUT MONEY NOT ABOUT WHATS BEST FOR YOU EDERLY FAMILY.
I've been my Aunt care giver for 16 years, when I had to make that hard decision to find her a home it crushed me. I was a nervous wreck for 2 weeks. But I'm happy that I found her this home. The staff is very accommodating to her special disability needs. Bill and Donna are the best. Her skin is beautiful, hair is always braided and she has adjusted to her new surroundings. I love the staff and especially the receptionist ( sorry don't know her name).
I recently had a tour of Majestic in Livonia with the intention of admitting my sister who has cancer. Amelia, the admissions director answered all of my questions while giving me a tour. My sister has been there for a couple of weeks now, and we are very happy with the facility and friendly staff. Review by Bill Larkin
I would not bring my dog here. VERY dirty, employees not competent, not friendly or helpful. Don't send your familyy here.
My experience with Majestic Care Livonia has been nothing but positive. Every time I have been in the building I have witnessed staff going above and beyond because they truly care for the patients that reside here. I can truly say that this is a building that I have been to where I can see how much the staff cares for and loves the patients that they serve.
As a hospice chaplain I am in several dozen metro Detroit senior facilities a month. It's rare to see an Executive Director out of their office directly providing patient care so you can understand how impressed I was this afternoon to see Majestic's Executive Director, Luke going table to table engaging with residents and offering his assistance. When you are selecting a facility for your mother pay no attention to Swarovski chandeliers or lack thereof. Look at the people.
