Management is terrible, the man that runs the place is ver disrespectful, threatening and made a pass at me the last time i was there. The lobby always smells every time I come visit my family member

My elderly friend resides there,They are very slow about resolving issues she has been trying to get her phone hooked up to the gate system to open the gate from her apartment for well over a month and it hasn't happened yet I'm going to call help me Hank at channel 4 if it's not resolved today, my friend is 83 years old and if she needed medical assistance she would not be able to let them in. Get on your Job management.

These senior apartments are going down. Years ago they used to be well managed and inspected. These senior apartments are going down. Years ago they used to be well managed and inspected. Now, under this new ownership/management, they have had several units that have had bed bugs for years even though the apartment mgmt CLAIMS to do inspections of units. How do you complete an apartment inspection and do not check for pests in your building? During inspection they walk in a couple of units throughout the building, and peek in each room and leave and claim that to be an inspection. No inspection of the mattresses and bed boards or having a professional pest control company come into each and every apartment and do an inspection as the former mgmt did. Tenants have also reported having mice. They are supposed to have each and every apartment inspected on a frequent basis and that is not happening because they are always claiming they are broke with no money, but the seniors are paying their monthly rent. So why is there no money?? The entry gate is constantly broken - mostly due to tenants running into it, but the owner takes her time fixing it. I plan to reach out to HUD, put in a tenant and landlord complaint against this building and also talk to the media. DO NOT MOVE HERE - find a better place to live.
