Such as smoking in a non smoking bldg. people living with others that were’t allowed. Felons living there as caregivers. Some were paying for the carport while others didn’t. Staff worked hours that was to their benefit not the bldgs. If you tried to report ANY wrong doings to Property manager. They wouldn’t take your call nor return it. If you left a detailed message of the problem nothing would happen. Fights took place in the…

I was excited to be able to visit ppl in the Community Area. NOT the case at all. Nothing but rudeness and damaging gossip. Management was a pick n choose situation. Such as smoking in a non smoking bldg. people living with others that were’t allowed. Felons living there as caregivers. Some were paying for the carport while others didn’t. Staff worked hours that was to their benefit not the bldgs. If you tried to report ANY wrong doings to Property manager. They wouldn’t take your call nor return it. If you left a detailed message of the problem nothing would happen. Fights took place in the community area so they had to install cameras to keep an eye on things. The worst of it all was some type of fungus is growing on the ground floor to which nothing has been done. I lost all of my furniture because of mold-in my apartment. I have proof. I had professional mold ppl investigate. It was causing me health issues. ( If this review is not acceptable please contact me I will correct it)
This senior apartment has very poor management. The office hours are from 8-5 yet it is closed more often than it is open. Issues are slow or not at all resolved. Rules are not enforced. Residents smoke on the premises even though it is supposed to be smoke free. Pets roam the halls. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
We're very pleased with this place, so far it has been everything that we've hoped for. The aides and care staff take great care of her and the manager, Roslyn, has been great to work with. The staff and the residents have all been very friendly, I really can't think of anything negative to say about them!

My mother and I really like this complex. It is affordable and the occupants were very friendly. We were very pleased with the surrounding and the staff.
