Medilodge of Haggerty Road

I'm here recovering from spinal surgery, doing inpatient PT/OT. They've been very attentive and accommodating. They have pushed me to do the maximum amount I can, without going too far. The PT/OT team are all very friendly, and have done a great job keeping me informed on what my action plan is, and how well they think I'm progressing in my recovery. As for general care the nurses are great. They're very friendly, attentive, check on me frequently throughout the day and night to make sure I'm comfortable and my needs are met. Everything is structured well as far as scheduling for meals, medication, rehab appointments, and such. They also provide transportation to off premise doctors appointments. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, each room has its own AC, and the rooms come with a smart TV and private toilet, but no in room shower. There's private storage closets for personal possessions, and lock boxes for valuables upon request. There's daily activities ranging from bingo, to trivia, pizza party's, etc. They also provide transportation for scheduled group outings to go shopping. You can also leave the campus with friends or relatives on your own if you like. There's also a patio area in the back if you'd like to go outside. All in all I have nothing to complain about that really matters, the biggest thing is that the food can be less than great some days, but that's likely person preferences. They do give you a menu of the meals for the month, and another of things that you can substitute for if you see something you don't want. Also worth mentioning is that this facility IS pet friendly, with proof of vaccination. All in all I haven't had any issues here, and would certainly recommend this place to friends and family.

The staff here treat are kind. The nurses here all have large hearts and are very thoughtful and will go through all of their means necessary to make your stay here as delightful as they can. All of my complaints have been addressed; the staff are very attentive here. All of the staff are a jot to work with, they even assisted with getting me clothing, I came here with nothing, and I do not have a support system/family and for that I am thankful for their kindness and recommends this facility to everyone that needs a family to come here and stay due how the staff has went beyond their job duties to assist my needs.
