I'm presently here at the Medilodge of Plymouth and the staff of nursing is very poor, not the Med nurses but the care nurses the ones that take of the needs of the patients my rating as you see is was a 1poor rating however after a couple of weeks my attitude and rating has changed the caregivers does a excellent job with the care of their patients as i am one of those patients

I have a mentally disabled son and he just spent about 10 days here and the staff, from the Nurses, Admin and Housekeepers made sure he was well taken care of. I was called right away if there were any problems and the entire staff was always willing and able to help me! If he ever needs rehab again I would definitely take him here! I just want to thank them for easing my tense situation!

While my mom has been staying there I have found the staff to be caring and concerned for her welfare. The nurses have been particularly impressive, most notably India. The facility feels a bit dated to me, but has a very nice courtyard. I think they probably need an additional nurse's aide at certain times of day because it can be difficult to get assistance during meals times when trays are being distributed and then collected.

While my mom has been there, Indy has been amazing! Very friendly and sweet to everyone. One of my mom’s favorite nurses. 💚💚

Great staff, clean rooms! My FIL is being well cared for! Would recommend to friends and family

DO. NOT. SEND. YOUR. LOVED. ONES. HERE. I wish I could leave 0 stars!! From the front desk, to the CNA'S + Nurse's AND the food, it's absolutely terrible. It looks like a prison on the outside and damn near is one from the inside. My loved one wanted to leave as soon as he was admitted. There is way too much to type. I brought my loved one an Arby's sandwich, which he didn't eat right at that moment but when he was ready too, IT WAS GONE!! The only great thing about this place is Kiran, she was absolutely amazing, caring, funny, personable and always made sure my loved one was happy and comfortable. Even asked if I needed anything.

Windy L is terrible

Heartbreaking. Not one indication the place is what was advertised. Working to get my mom transferred as soon as possible. She is there for rehab. She needs assistance walking to the bathroom. Nusre told me they couldn't assist her .. they will put a brief on her. I got upset and told the staff that was humiliating. She is there for rehab to be able to get to the bathroom on her own. A nurse then assumed me they would assist her. Once I left ... that didn't happen. My mom was told to go in her pants they will check on her in a half hour. The room she shares is so small the staff couldnt get a wheelchair in the room without disturbing the other patient. The TV remote controls the volume and channel for her TV and the other patients. Every question I asked. I was told... I don't know. I'm new. Just put ur call light on. Extremely disappointed in the care and conditions I've witnessed.
