Friendly staff, they do a good job and take good care of my girlfriend’s mom. They were very accommodating, made sure we were well taken care of.
Very caring and friendly staff! Facility is clean and welcoming.
My older brother had to go to medilodge for a short time. When he arrived, he was greeted by the staff and management. They were very helpful, friendly and more so professional. his stay there was made more personal by the nurses and staff his physical therapist went out of their way to make sure that he did his therapy every day. If you should need a loved one to be cared for I would recommend this facility.
Very good place
Medilodge
If you have any other options consider them before putting your family member here. Both my parents were admitted to Medi lodge. My father was dying of cancer and when he came home on hospice he was filthy. They didn't bath him the entire time he was there, over two weeks. They did do better with my mother because she was lucid and demanded care. Sometimes she would have to pee the bed because the staff took so long to respond to her call light. She eventually would use her cell phone to call for help because they wouldn't respond to the call button. Equipment is old and outdated, and the food is horrible. Set up your loved ones with DoorDash. I would call food in for her because they couldn't understand that she didn't eat red meat or drink milk. Doctor Dargis is arrogant and uncaring to say the least. The doctor and the management are this facilities downfall! A lot of the staff is just doing the best they can under horrible conditions.
I don't believe I would ever take a loved one here. My brother was there mid December for rest and rehabilitation. There is no equipment, according to staff. I asked about equipment to help move legs or arms. They don't have it. Didn't have enough staff...too bad if you can't take care of people there, then close your doors! They were rude to my niece, my God she is watching her father slip away.Didn't take enough time to feed my brother properly, yes, he is a slow eater, he was very weak so couldn't feed himself. The doctors that sent him there thought he should recover and walk again. Not here, they said there was no way to help him. Take him home to die. We all hear these horror stories about rehab or nursing homes. Please if you have a loved one check out the place they are at. Bad place report them to state, medicare, state representative, anyone who will listen. Most or all of these people gave to us, Americans, let's take better care of our loved ones. Sister of now deceased brother.😪
Would be a great place but I want to warn everyone do not leave your family in the care of Krystal Anderson, she doesn’t bathe properly and she doesn’t pay good attention to the residents as she should I will be making sure my mother is no longer cared by her I’m beyond disgusted with how she treated her! Other than that, great place.
