2.5 · 4 reviewsI would have put a zero stars or a negative five. The MediLodge of Sterling Heights is a horrific place. Dirty, stinky with 1 nurse for 20 patients. Patients have to yell to get any help, if they are lucky. Elderly after serious surgery have to sleep in chairs in the hallways because it is convenient for CNAs! I wish the entire corporate team and their families to experience the care they provide to the patients at Sterling Heights MediLodge (when they need it, and they will when they age). What goes around comes around!
I was really disapointed with an admission lady in Monroe, MI. For a few weeks I was trying to place my mother who had dementia in the Monroe facility. They had vacancies and my mom needed a place to go. The admissions lady said I will call you back which she never did. This went on for weeks with me calling her everyday or every other day. I think someone needs to speak to her about this. This happened during the last few weeks in April 2021. I was really upset about this.
