This company is a joke Mission point &physical rehab!! I would say pointless!!

First, I must say that Dooley on my profile is not the name I use at the facility it's Janet Williams. I'm a resident! Beverly Hills Mission Point it will soon be a year when this administration took over I was very pleased to see how things was coming along I was telling on staff things was going on such as smoking weed and cigarettes talking on the phone earplugs meaning anything else that was wrong. Let me tell you about myself. I'm a female who is 71 years of age. I weigh 423 or 453, so I understand that it takes 2 people to assist me, and I also help with moving me. I can't stand nor walk. I'm writing to get in contact with Don I didn't know how to spell his last name, who's ever read this, and know the man I'm speaking of please ask him please come see me please. This place should be shut down! Staff needs core training on how to treat their patients and how to address visitors! My son was brought to the facility and complained that he was in pain at 1130. When I arrived at 530pm he had not received his medication! They had three (3) patients in one room!! After asking to have my son to be transferred back to the hospital, a nurse informed me that his supervisor refused to call transportation! I had to call 911 to have my son transferred out of the facility! Shame on the administration who run this facility and shame on anyone who allows their love one to stay there!

Only one star because I cant say zero. Get out
