3.3 · 6 reviewsNational Church Residences - Wayne Tower Apartments is OK. It's just not clean. It doesn't feel sanitary up here. The people are OK. If I need help, they help me. I have a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, and a bedroom. The water smells. You can tell that the water is not clean. They do bingo, Bible study, and breakfast in the morning, and they deliver food to people who can't go out and get their own. They have a good program going here.
My dad is at the National Church Residences - Wayne Tower Apartments. The facility is very clean and well-kept, and the staff is very helpful and friendly, as well as the residents. It has a community-type atmosphere. They have activities and a community room, so there is a lot for them to do. I feel like it's a safe place for my folks. They don't do meals there. They have a bingo night, and movie night, and they just had a barbecue for the Fourth of July this past Sunday. It would be a good place for your loved ones.
I have an assurance in apt 814 who does not clean up after her cat and she has a lot of bedbugs and she complains about the property manager she is only 52 and it is a 55 and older place

I am looking forward to the move I am going to make into this community. The staff have been helpful and understanding to my situation and I looking forward to what is to come in my living environment.
This community has nice and friendly staff. It is a nice looking community that is clean. They have a program "Meals on Wheels" that helps out or a little store area with chips and drinks. There is a watch-room on every floor, trash compressors, and some have the walk-in tubs. The rent is also reasonable and I feel my mom is safe and getting proper care.
Bedbugs are all over this building and have been for at least 7 years! You will not be informed of the infestation before signing your lease and moving in.
