It is always a difficult decision when it is time to place a loved one in assisted or memory care. There are so many aspects to consider. One of the most important is: does the staff lovingly care for the residents? At New Haven the answer is yes. Without question the employees care. My Mom feels this. She isn't always verbal, but when she is, she is happy and feels loved. We're fortunate to have found New Haven.

New Haven Assisted Living truly stands out because of its incredible staff and leadership team. Everyone is compassionate, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents and their well being. You can tell this isn’t just a job to them, they go above and beyond every day. The leadership sets a strong tone of professionalism, communication, and kindness, which is reflected in the entire team. It brings a lot of peace of mind knowing our loved one is in such capable and caring hands. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place where people truly care.
Great experience with New Haven. The team clearly cares about the residents and provides high-quality, attentive care. The facility is clean, well-managed, and has a welcoming environment. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Highly recommend.
