My mom moved in to New Hope White Lake as my sister's primary caretaker for 10+ years. They recognized how important it was to my mom that she not be stripped of that title, so they created a care plan that allowed her to continue caring for my sister along with excellent support from the whole team. My Mother and Sister have been residents at New Hope White Lake for one year now. l can confidently say the level of compassionate care my family has received greatly exceeded our expectations. My mom moved in to New Hope White Lake as my sister's primary caretaker for 10+ years. They recognized how important it was to my mom that she not be stripped of that title, so they created a care plan that allowed her to continue caring for my sister along with excellent support from the whole team. My mom is able to take some time for herself to make friends, enjoy music, play games, excersise, craft and be pampered. My sister's care has been great too. She is much younger then the other residents but enjoys their company and she has formed friendships with many of the care staff also. l highly recommend New Hope White Lake to anyone who is looking for a truly wonderful environment for a loved one to live in.
The staff and Medical Team here are top notch, in a brand new facility with all the amenities you need!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about New Hope and their incredible director, Shannon. From the moment you walk through the doors, there is a genuine warmth and sense of compassion that sets this place apart. Shannon leads with heart, professionalism, and a deep commitment to the people they serve. Her dedication is truly inspiring, and it reflects in every aspect of the organization. The staff is excellent and very attentive to resident needs. I feel very comfortable having my mother in their care.
A great place for your loved ones to live independently and receive care as needed.
I can’t say enough good things about this facility. Mom moved in early March 2024. She had been falling frequently, not taking her meds correctly or eating correctly. After her fall Thanksgiving week 2023 we had to tell her she couldn’t live independently any more. The search for a facility began, while she stayed with us. We looked at various facilities, we walked in at New Hope White Lake and they were as sincere in person as on the phone. The facility was clean, the amenities and services were exactly what was needed. We were able to travel out of state with mom last month due to how well she is now doing. We haven’t been able to do that for more than 2 years. New Hope White Lake gave me back my relationship with my mom. I am her daughter again, not her caregiver. Not that I wouldn’t do it, but her having much of her independence back has made it so much better.
Absolutely love this place the care is far above average, the nurse Shannon is phenomenal and the owner and his wife are usually in the building as well. It’s a beautiful building and extremely clean. Residents are well cared for and happy, chose this place for sure!
