4.2 · 5 reviewsYour employees nearly killed my father who was under their care for a total of three weeks at West Woods of Niles. He was there for rehab to strengthen his legs so that he could return back home. He is now in ICU with sepsis and terrible wounds that needed surgery to remove necrotic tissue and bone. There are so many issues that are being ignored at this facility, but you still keep collecting that $$. You all should be ashamed.
My father is a resident and I can tell you that this is a great facility! I have worked in Nursing Homes and this is by far one of the best ones I've been in. The staff is nice, the facility is always clean, they have great services and the food isn't bad:)My father is very happy and well taken care of.
