4.8 · 8 reviewsThe staff has been very kind and caring toward my mother and have made us feel comfortable approaching them with any questions/ concerns that we might have. The facility is bright and warm and her apartment is very nice! It's comforting to know that she is somewhere safe!
My mother is fastidious and would prefer to shower daily but due to lack of staff available a shower is only available to her once a week. I do realize, however, that it is difficult to secure staff in our post Covid environment. We do have family members who are going in to assist my mother with a shower every other day, for the time being. Otherwise, this facility is wonderful!
Northwood Meadows - A Senior Living Community was a well-managed very clean facility. It's very spacious. The rooms were very well organized and set out. It looked like they had a very active community there and activities for the seniors. It seemed reasonable for the price; it just was not part of our price range. They have small studio apartments. They have a variety of rooms. The staff who accommodated me was very kind and very knowledgeable about the situation there and the situation with the residents. It looked like they were just under a remodel, so things were looking good and updated…

It looked like they had a very active community there and activities for the seniors. It seemed reasonable for the price; it just was not part of our price range. They have small studio apartments. They have a variety of rooms. The staff who accommodated me was very kind and very knowledgeable about the situation there and the situation with the residents. It looked like they were just under a remodel, so things were looking good and updated with the electrical and everything. It was very attractive. I saw that they were having some games in the community room.

Northwood Meadows was beautiful, everything there was very nice, but they did not have any rooms. The staff was very knowledgeable. Everything was clean and well maintained.
The staff are very skilled and willing to help the variety of unusual situations that have occurred with both of my parents. It is always clean and the food is made fresh every day.
They are excellent. They do have activities. The food is good. They had around the clock care, with almost a full staff at night. They will negotiate price. They have a really good staff to patient ratio.
Talked to the director, sending me information including VA stuff. I will set up appointment after reading everything. I was impressed with the phone call.
Very clean, new, and comfortable surroundings.
