Everyone is complaining about the old housekeeper ([name removed] or [name removed]), her behavior through the residents and the visitors are not professional at all. She talks to them (residents) like they were children, she even talks about their personal business with strangers. Because she is a senior employee, she thinks she has the right to do so. She even controlled the new manager on board by telling her lies about the residents and the visitors. (residents talk about her behavior even in the elevator). I personally do not appreciate her tone of voice when I came to visit my friends there. Also, I do think the manager needs some training by learning how to be a professional leader, not an "intimidator"intimidation. She also has to remember that the residents are paying her, not her paying them to live there, therefore they deserved to be respected. Overall, the treatment from the staffs at Oakland tower 930 is not professional at all. [name removed], the housekeeper, has to go!!! It's time for her to go. Note: the public areas need to be inspected, specially the carpets, the furniture are pretty dusty and the dining room needs to be cleaner!

this sounds good. accepts pets, which is good. sending me an application.
