If you have someone you care about PLEASE DO NOT SEND THEM HERE !! My grandmother was sent here and has suffered more than a little bit while being under these "professinals" care. On 03/07/26, she was heavily medicated and left unattended in her room with the rails down on the bed. In results of the poor supervision and care, my grandmother fell out of her bed, broke her leg and was rushed to the hospital. Lets not forget, this isn't her first, second, or third visit to the hospital while being there. Thanks to these people who my family trust with our loved ones life, my grandmother will…

Please if you love your loved ones do not send them here. This place has been a nightmare from day one. Our mother was brought here for short term care and physical therapy but because they are “understaffed” they have resulted in bed activities and barely that. The staff always complains that they are overwhelmed and understaffed and they show it through the lack of care and empathy. Our mom is miserable, and to deal the deal we had an interaction with a staff member that was beyond unprofessional. No empathy, no resolution, no professionalism. Just excuses. When I asked would she want someone treating her mom like this, the staff member even went as far as to say” my mother would never have to worry about this she is at home with me and my father is dead so” …..who the hell responds like that?! Yeah don’t do it!
This place is garbage. I would recommend nobody working their let alone put a love one there.Nicole Snowden
My sister-in-law’s health deteriorated rapidly after being moved to this facility. The family had to request that she be moved to a hospital for care. She had a bacterial infection and horrible bed sores. She passed away less than 24 hours after being sent to the hospital. The infection had traveled throughout her body and it had advanced too far to save her.
I have no complaints since my mother got sent here ... All the staff actually do there job..and keep u updated on what's going on if ur not there ... Very secure place ! Everytime I visit my mom I can actually leave knowing she will be comfortable and get what's needed for her! I would definitely recomend this place for ur family or anyone in need of a long term care place ...5 stars for me 💯💯😇😇😇🙌🙏
Really clean place and it smells good all the time. The food is so good too. The only thing I'll change is some of the girls attitude
My mother was sent here. She was miserable and poorly cared for. For example, I routinely arrived to find her in a puddle of urine. One day I arrived around 2:00. My mother was lying in urine and feces. I asked for a change, and the caregiver said she didn’t normally work on that floor and had no idea where the diapers were. I got the impression that as of 2:00, none of the patients wearing diapers had been changed as of that time. Most of the caregivers were incredibly inattentive, on their phones, studying to become nurses, and I don’t know how patients could improve in such a neglectful, and often, hostile environment. There was one male giver who worked hard, but he couldn’t make up for the staffing shortages or the apathy. Terrible, terrible facility that I would avoid at all costs.
"I want to express my deepest gratitude for Nurse Michelle R, who provided truly exceptional care during my aunt stay. She not only administered my aunts medication with great care but also took the time to patiently answer all my questions. Her calm demeanor and clear explanations helped me understand treatment and care for my aunt. > She was incredibly attentive throughout my aunts entire time there, Her professionalism and kind spirit were a constant source of comfort. Because of her dedication, Nurse Michelle R. is a truly outstanding professional and a testament to what great nursing care should be."
