The staff is very friendly and helpful. The size of the apartment is good. Not enough space for everything. Needs a dishwasher and a pantry. Not enough space in the kitchen for groceries.
They keep the place immaculate. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My mom does not need care, she takes care of herself she makes her own food. They Bingo but could offer more activities. My Mom seems really happy there and feels comfortable and safe.
I like the location of Parkside of Livonia Senior Apartments, as well as the layout of the apartments here. The staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful. The meals are not included. However, there are days when groups of people order in and eat at the gathering and eat together. They have evening activities, card games, and there is an area where they have puzzles open and available to use. There are several TVs available to watch as a group in different areas. I appreciate the fact that there is some additional storage area for each unit. That is very nice. This place is a very good fit for…

Mostly satisfied with the overall appearance and events and treatment of older people. It’s very quiet and peaceful, day and night. There is prompt answers to my maintenance requests. I am in my first apartment since the passing of my wife of 55 years. It takes a little getting used to, however this atmosphere is pleasant and quite.
Our tour was wonderful. The place was beautiful and clean. It was easy to access from the parking lot. Mom doesn't like high rises, so it was nice that it was only three stories. The staff member who assisted us was a lovely gentleman. He was very patient, polite, knowledgeable, and he answered all of our questions.
It was nice and clean. I had a nice tour of the place and I liked it. The staff was friendly. They knew what they were doing and helped walk me through everything.
I went to visit and looked at their facilities. It's a nice facility, but I prefer a single home instead of an apartment. The ambiance was nice, they have a baby grand piano in the foyer. The rooms were also nice, I got a chance to see the 1-bedroom. It's very small and quaint, and you have to mentally get prepared for that. The guy who gave the tour was phenomenal, he showed me the storage space and the theater room. They have a caterer on staff, so if you didn't want to cook they can bring your meal in. There's a park in the back, if you want to go for a walk there's a trail you can walk. What I didn't like was the patio was too small. You get a patio when you're on the first floor, and when you go up they have balconies. The balconies look nice. The kitchen was very nice in the rooms. They have an events room you can rent, they have Bible studies, and they have a schedule monthly of things to do. They also have more than one seating where you can go and play cards or something. Everything there was clean.
Our tour at Parkside was great. The gentleman who gave the tour was very nice. We thought It was a beautiful facility and an ideal place for our loved one, so we put down a deposit and were excited to move in! When it turned out she couldn't move in due to a sudden decline in her health, they were really accommodating with the refund.
