Would be awesome if they would answer the phone
I love the community of Passion and Caring Home for the Elderly. The people were professional. The people cared and the residents seemed happy. They had a great facility and activities and whatnot. The only thing is my father smokes and he would not try to give up cigarettes. The facility was very clean. The structure looked solid. The layout is good. They have some private rooms that you pay extra for it, and it was OK.

My mother was a residence only 2 months. I was assured she would be well cared for, and she wasn't. The owner/admin was illusive from the beginning about the cost of care, often trying to change it. Very disorganized administratively. It was bad business. I regret that my mother stayed here. Owner/Admin. is a fast talker and there is no way this facility is worth the pricing they are asking. There is much more to this review, however I would have to file a complaint legally and not on this platform.
Our family has enjoyed the overall experience with Passion and Caring Home. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.
This is a phenomenal place to call home! Gena and her staff are friendly, professional and caring. The residents are family to them and they provide the best care to ensure a healthy lifestyle. I 1000% recommend this business to your loved ones.
It's always clean. Everything is good with the care services. My loved one loves the food, and is satisfied with the food options. They keep my loved one busy with activities, and they have made new friends, and really enjoys playng cards and singing. I picked this community because of the close location, they provided extra care, it was the best one in the city, and affordable. They do a good job of keeping the residents entertained. If you look into this community for your loved one, be specific with your loved ones needs.
My mother is in the care of Passion and Caring home. I met owner Gena Payne and her staff yesterday. They are wonderful caring people. My mother feels at home there. Ms. Payne is not just the owner, she is hands on and very present with her resident’s. She treats them like family. I am grateful for Passion and Caring Home for the Elderly.
