The office staff is very friendly. Housekeeping depends on the day, mostly rude. There is so much noise when the doors slam at all hours. Overall, I would recommend Pineview Apartments for the price.
I lived there for 4 yrs and in that time I have been harassed by staff. Staff will enter your apartment without notice, if you don’t answer the door fast enough they let themself in, they write you up on “hear say”, they make promises they never keep. They can’t keep a manager working there and has changed so many times since I’ve lived there I lost count. No activities for the residents to speak of unless you like to color or play cards. Maintenance are very rude and talk down to you like you’re less of a human being. I wouldn’t recommend Pine view to my worst enemy. If I could give them a…

Maintenance are very rude and talk down to you like you’re less of a human being. I wouldn’t recommend Pine view to my worst enemy. If I could give them a minus rating I would. There social workers that work there are useless except to pass out commodities once a month. They tell you you qualify for help but when you apply you get turned down. Really does a lot for you self esteem. They go through residents quickly. They move out once they find out what this place is all about
There is frequent staff changes, frequent, move ins, move outs, mean core residents, just be cautious. I picked this community, because of the location. It's near 25 and Meijer, and Jack's market around the corner from Krroger and many of the large pharmacies, and restaurants.
The community is quick to address any issues, my loved one is 97 and loves it here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this community to others
It still an alright experience. They give a little and I take a little. They give you a chance to speak your mind since they make a lot of promises they are not keeping. Pets are allowed here, you wouldn't know there are pets here but I hear a dog bark every once in awhile. It is mostly peaceful and quiet within the community. The residents are more on their own and everybody has their own kitchen to make a meal. Once a month they make a salad and a center meal for $3. They have a bingo night and recreational activities for everyone. It's been a pull between management and the girls that work here. The management is out of state and I feel they shouldn't make promises to get people in here.
