I have a friend staying there. Staff has been very accommodating to me on my visits. My buddy seems content and thats all that matters
The difference between my visit 10 years ago to present are like night and day. The management there truly cares and putting in great effort to make this a great place to be!

Pinnacle is wonderful. I work in the health field and they have helped many of my residents before coming back to my facility. They are friendly, kind and really want to see their patients improve.

Horrible place to take your love ones. Never again!!!!
My sister was placed here due to a broken leg for rehab. Absolutely deplorable living conditions. The place is clean, but that’s as far as it goes. My sister fell and was not responded to for 45 minutes. Then it took them 5 hours to call an ambulance. She was not fed Friday night, and then the picture I’m posting below was her dinner Sunday. That’s not an egg either, that’s a bite sized roll. No protein…nothing. I’m having my sister moved. NEVER EVER EVER SEND YOUR LIVED ONES HERE!!!!!
I was put in this horrble place for rehab in April of 2023. If this is what my health insurance considers a nursing home, what a sad world we are living in. I was here for 2 weeks. I saw and had reported to staff that I was seeing roaches and mice. I even took a pic of the mouse sitting in the middle of the floor seriously!! There were days we went without food while watching the staff walk pass our room with plates of food throughout the day. The next time Bronson Hospital wants to send me to rehab, I would rather have somone come into my home before I ever lay my head in this place again! Please don't get me to talking about the rudeness and disrespectfuliness to the elderly that residents that live here. It's just sad the way you hear staff talk about the residents. I feel a private investigation needs to be dome here. Randomly to catch them with their pants at their ankles and no way to run away from their responsibilities and most definitely lack there of. What's in the dark does come to light. Just be patient, but not Pinnicale Health's patient if you want to stay alive. I'm more than disappointed with this place cause I saw all the wrong things happening while I was there, but staff treated the situation as it's supposed to be acceptable behavior.
