I actually liked the place. The staff was wonderful toward me. Always called me by name. I was there for physical rehabilitation. And I may go back there. The down thing, let’s just say, have food delivered….
Friendly, compassionate, attentive, staff. I am always so impressed with the compassion I witness while I am there.
Staff is friendly. The social worker is awesome. Everyone seems to work hard to care for my friend and other residents. It's clean and no bad smells like at the previous place.
Beautiful facility!! As soon as you walk in the door you’re greeted with generous staff, a warm hearted environment, and the care that meets your families needs! I highly recommend!!
Great Team Compassionate and Caring
This place is a horror. The only thing good was dusty in pt. The nurse staff is terrible. I found my mom's meds on the floor, they doped her up.on Ativan, left her sitting in piss and poop. She got one bath kn the 18ndays she was there. She never once got her c pap placed on her. They didn't ever brush her teeth she was in the same clothes days in a row. The staff lost her clothes and combs and brushes. The case worker was a joke she never even made sure my mom.was taken care of, she lied and said my mom's insurance wasn't going to cover anymore days and they wanted to charge 500 plus a day. After talking to the insurance they lied. She also developed a large bed sore which we are still treating and she is in miserable pain. Don't ever go here!!! Not to mention the place is filthy dirty. I found my mom's meds on the floor, and on her discharge slips they never even sent my mom with the proper meds, she was off her blood thinner and heart meds for a week. Needs to be shut down
I honestly can not say enough good things about this place! Our family is blessed to have "fallen" into this facility and their very caring staff. After a serious fall requiring surgery and more intense rehabilitation, we found this place. We had no previous knowledge of this center but needed a place for my mom to recover and get back on her feet. Every Staff person I met here seems to work as a team with the patients and each other. I have full confidence that the amazing staff will do everything possible to help in the healing and care of my mom. Caring staff is such an important part of recovery. I have to give an extra shout out to Dusty OT- this guy goes above and beyond what we could have ever hoped to expect. He is kind and compassionate and patient while still helping my mom reach her potential. Truly can not thank everyone enough for their loving care.
If your loved one needs full care go somewhere else.My moms hair fell out and she lost, 70 pounds in 7 months. Activities are dull patient's do not get much stimulation. Some aides are great but they dont have enough time to make sure patients get water and food. Short staffed alot.
