Plymouth Terrace

Poorly maintained building. Moss on decks and railings. Needs good painting. More like a hotel. Hear others opening and closing closets and cupboards. Hear people in below and beside apartments. Pipes make a knocking noise in both kitchen and bathroom cupboards. Does not match brochure handed out.

Very nice apartments mobility friendly, great management making sure their tenants needs are met. Very friendly great people. Central to town, Plymouth has senior transport which picks us up for grocery shopping or anywhere in town we need to go including medical appointments at all local health centers as far as Livonia and Northville. I love living here

The staff is friendly and willing to work with the residents. I have a smaller apartment but it is large enough for my needs. It is a clean and quiet place to live.

For the amount of the rent, we don't have utilities to pay. They're quick to respond when you need something fixed. The staff is very pleasant and the neighbors are great. The location is perfect for me.

What professional place of business ghosts people?! This one. Kelli turned out to be a friendly fraud. My aunt was never evaluated in person, but I found out today through a 3rd party referral that she’s not a good fit because of a corporate policy….which I assume is discriminatory. My aunt has developmental delays. Kelli could have shared this policy directly but instead she’s been dodging calls / texts since March. The third party also said they kick people out when things don’t work out for people like my aunt. I’m leaving this review for other and also thanking God this didnt work out. Cant imagine what goes on behind closed doors, because they are obviously unprofessional, at best.
