Pomeroy Living Sterling Assisted

Pomeroy Sterling has been an incredible place for our family providing loving care, comfort, and the kindest staff that have become like family to us. Robyn and the entire med staff made difficult moments better with an amazing ability to think quick on their feet while providing competent and gentle care. We were so pleased with the care our grandma received during her last several months that we always suggest Pomeroy to our friends. Recently, we assisted a friend as they moved into Pomeroy’s assisted living wing. Tammy was so helpful and accommodating as we needed to do it all in a short period of time. Thank you Pomeroy Sterling for all that you do!

Right from the start, Tammy was understanding and welcoming. She facilitated a quick entry to the facility for our family member. The staff has a high level of compassion and empathy while caring for each individual with both professionalism and a personal touch. Now that our loved one has been there for month she is thriving in the Memory Care portion of the facility. Our family visits regularly and continues to be impressed each time.

Our family is very pleased with the care our Mom is receiving at Pomeroy Sterling. The staff are kind, caring, and very responsive to questions and requests. Moving a loved one into a facility can be challenging for everyone involved. The Pomeroy staff, especially Tammy, Robin, and Amber were so kind and compassionate and really made the transition easier. They accommodated all our moving needs and the 'herd' of us that made the move. The care staff are kind and loving. They engage with my Mom, who can be 'in a mood' at times. They encourage her to participate in activities and she does! Pomeroy was recommended to me by a friend, and each day I see why. Thank you Pomeroy Staff!

Finding the right home for a loved one is daunting, but Pomeroy Sterling Heights made the choice very easy. The staff treats every resident like family and tailors care to each person’s needs. We moved my father (Alzheimer's) into Pomeroy over a month ago and couldn't be happier. Special thanks to Tammy for guiding us through the process, and to Robyn, May, and the entire medical team for helping Dad truly thrive.

My Mom was in a situation we needed to get her out of, in fast order. My sister started speaking with Tammy then soon after Tammy also met with me and my Mom. Tammy was beyond helpful and worked endlessly to make this happen for us on a very tight time frame! Mom's only been there a week, it's a big adjustment but thinking over time Mom will settle in and enjoy having others around to engage with. Experiences thus far have been positive!
