4.2 · 48 reviewsWonderful place for mom and dad. Staff is wonderful and caring, attentive. Staff also puts on wonderful events that the residents love.
Pomeroy Living Northville is a beautiful facility where staff members provide truly compassionate care to residents. Activities are fun and engaging, often tailored to individual interests, and dining services are excellent, both in food quality and service. The staff has a genuine concern for resident well-being, and they make guests feel like family from a warm welcome to helping with questions to simply chatting. Pomeroy Living Northville is a wonderful environment for residents and their families!
No place is perfect, but Pomeroy of Northville comes close. The Director Jill is ALWAYS responsive and she truly cares. The aids are attentive, Ryan, Patrice, Dee, Donna, Marquis, Monique and I wish I could remember the names of everyone that make my folks smile. The facility is very clean and well maintained by John (who is fabulous too). The med techs are sweet, especially Ali and the food is not bad either. They have a small chapel, a movie theater with popcorn and all the fun and exercise class daily, as well as other activities thanks to Taylor. The court yard is beautiful and in the…

We moved our parents here in the fall and have found many of the staff to be very caring and concerned about their care. Our mom passed away a couple of months after moving in and they were very helpful during that time with the transition for our father. They plan many activities for the residents and really try to get them engaged in trying new things. The director, Jill, and Activity Director, Taylor, are very responsive and helpful. We feel our father is in a safe environment, getting good care. The building is maintained well and has a warm & welcoming environment.
Looks like another senior residence I know of that doesn’t care about you, it just relieves their children from having responsibility of taking care of their mom or dad until the end of life stages. But that’s ok my mom and dad didn’t provide a warm and caring and nurturing environment to shape a great future for me so maybe this would be a good place for them if I still spoke to them. My dads last words were just get the hell out of my house at 18. I don’t care where you go or what you do and then my mom hasn’t talked to me in about 10 years. I tried to call her when I lost my job two summers ago and she blocked my call….
It's a quiet place for the elderly. They have everything to keep the seniors comfortable. It's a great place.
High quality service and noticeable efforts to provide residents with assistance in a homelike eviornment.
We moved my cousin in at the end of last year. This was the best decision we could have made. She loves it!
