I have had a bad experience with them today the case manager here messed up BIGTIME, how can someone fill out POA papwrk and the case manager allow one of the daughters to take documents with her without notify the POA, then case management stated to myself that you all have a lot of family problems and you all need a outsider to be the guardian the nerve of you, and you need to be FIRED AT ONCE AND THE PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!
The staff is so kind and accommodating I was taken back ... It almost felt unreal. I've visited 4 times. Thank you everyone working there.😊
Ms Sherry is the best
My husband was here for rehabilitation and the staff was very helpful and understanding of his situation I will recommend Qualicare to my family and friends
I loved this facility! Very friendly, clean and welcoming as a visitor!
My dad stayed here for short-term rehab and the care was outstanding. The nurses were kind, patient, and really helped him get back on his feet. The facility is clean, welcoming, and the staff truly care about their residents. I feel confident recommending them for both rehab and long-term care.
This facility accepted my mother when they didn’t have any beds on the ladies floor. She was placed on the men’s floor. The CNA’s are doing a thousand jobs such as passing and collecting the food trays. And cleaning behind sick and elderly people. When my mother had to use the bathroom I was told she would have to wait until the food trays are either being passed out or collected. How do you make a person wait to relieve themselves when they can’t do it on their own and need assistance! I also seen the ppl that wearthe burgundy scrubs come off the floor and then cut the front grass! I was in disbelief! They never did physical therapy with her oh wait they did work with her twice and I was there one of the times and it was less than 5 minutes. Today I go to visit my mother and it’s a hospice brochure and a business card for her to call. My mother did not have any family with her when she was told if she didn’t get better they would have to move her to hospice. Imagine hearing you’re going to die soon and you were alone! This place needs to be shut down! It’s a disgrace how they treated my mother and how awful the place is ran and the uncleanliness of it all!
Such a nice, clean, professional facility. Every resident is well taken care of. The staff is happy which helps with the care of the residents. Your mind will be put at ease here at Qualicare Nursing Home because the nurses are very attentive. I’d highly recommend this facility for your loved ones.
