From the moment I spoke to RCL the first time about my mother’s situation, I have been impressed by the empathy of the entire staff towards her. At one of the most difficult times in my adult life, RCL has been a beacon of hope and can-do spirit making the best of a situation that none of us would wish on another. Grateful understatedly describes my thoughts about the staff. I recommend RCL unreservedly.

Red Cedar Lodge is a gorgeous facility and their staff are all the nicest people. All management staff I have interacted with: Myranda Duran, Heather Reed, Ashley Eyink, and Nura Reed have all went above and beyond to help get my father established and help make arrangements when set backs happen. I could not have done this without them and I recommend this facility to anyone who has a friend or family member in need. I cannot give enough compliments to everyone I have interacted with all around.

My mother has been living in the memory care unit for about a year and a half. The facility is beautiful and well kept. The staff are caring individuals. She is recieving great care. As with anywhere there have been a few mild hiccups but I truley believe she couldn't recieve better care anywhere else.

Red Cedar was amazing. They're number one asset is their staff. They care a lot about their residence and the memory care facility was amazing in my mom's final months. The food was much better when we first arrived under Chef [name removed]. Mom was there about 11 months before she passed. And they could not seem to get the food dialed in. However, that would be my only criticism, and they're very aware of it.

HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!! the management is terrible, the people here do not communicate and are very disrespectful and unpleasant. honestly feel sorry for the ones inhabiting this building for how crude the people who run it are! they are not understanding and do not wish to listening.

My mother will be moving into Red Cedar Lodge. It's a very nice place. They've got very friendly staff. They're very helpful in what we're looking for. They answered all of the questions. They've been very helpful with the paperwork and helping me connect with some outside resources to make the move easier. It's only two years old, so it's very new and very clean.

Red Cedar Lodge is a first class facility. Our local Chamber had a recent Member Mixer there. As a local Realtor, I make it a habit to know the best, so I can refer my clients when needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

What we like the most about Red Cedar Lodge is that it is handicapped accessible. Based on the experience we have had so far, yes we would recommend this community to others. They will negotiate price but the food is average, the rooms and facilities are nice. Not much for activities, the do take occasional trips. But I still like the building, it's clean. Doors are hard to open. That's a problem
