I visit my brother Stanley Perry and Nicoletta (sp) takes very good care of him each time I visit. She did an outstanding job cleaning him up and tidying his bed .

Bad situation here our loved one who came in with meds in his bag and nobody checked or even asked a long time passes before his sister discovered them in the bag what kinda malarkey do we have going on here missing slipper missing remote missing clothing items ,absolutely ridiculous....I reporting to the state...any one of those patients could have really did harm to them selves or worse,death...

Bad experience from the moment we walked in the door. The woman that we sat with that explained everything to us was very unprofessional. We were trying to find a place for my dad who was at the hospital under hospice care with a brain tumor. We had to tell her more than once why we were there. Bad experience from the moment we walked in the door. The woman that we sat with that explained everything to us was very unprofessional. We were trying to find a place for my dad who was at the hospital under hospice care with a brain tumor. We had to tell her more than once why we were there. We felt that she didn’t take us seriously because during our interview with her, she was laughing and joking with another staff member that kept appearing in the doorway. The other staff member hid her snacks in the drawer and felt the need to tell her about it while we were in the middle of explaining my dad’s situation and needs. Then when she went to use her computer, her mouse was missing. The staff member that hid everything on her, came back in the doorway, laughing and telling her where she hid her mouse. We felt that we weren’t being taken seriously and were ready to get up and walk out! The conversation quickly turned to money and how we would have to pay for an extra week upfront since we were in the last week of April. We were taken up to the fifth floor for a tour by another lady. I would never put a family member there. The room that they showed us that was going to be for my father was way down the hallway isolated from the nursing station. The bedspreads were a dingy yellow or tan and looked like they hadn’t been washed in years.. The room smelled of urine. I stepped into the bathroom to check it out. There was garbage behind the toilet on the floor and the toilet was constantly running. I would never put someone that I loved in this place.

This place offered everything I was looking for. The social workers were great! Lisa, Stephanie & Juwana made sure the things needed at home were coordinated well before the discharge date.

I agree people are screaming for help. This includes life saving oxygen.

Everyone is very courteous. Security measures always in place. Would be nice to have more equipment in the gym facility.

Good job on giving my friend, my kids mom extra care, she loves to walk though

Can't get nighttime nurse to share any info. I am on the list to recieve all updates. My mom seems to be getting worse and they totally disregard my questions and input. Very rude service.
