My wife received good care there. Clean place. Food is good. Staff is amazing.

Left our 89 year old father, who had a stroke, to feed himself in his bed & had food all over himself & his bedding. Our father was released due to insurance & no guidance was given to care for him at home.

My father just spent almost 2 weeks in the facility and I’m disappointed with a few things. He’d ring for a nurse because he wanted to save his dignity and use the toilet and several times he didn’t make it because nobody answered the call button. When he was able to get to the bathroom on his own towards the end of his stay he’d ring from the toilet for help and on a couple of occasions sat there for over 20 min waiting for someone to come help him get cleaned up. The toilet seat dug into his hips sitting there so he was in pain from that and his legs started to fall asleep. Imagine him…

Imagine him trying to get stronger to go home and he could hardly stand once he had help to get off toilet. Insurance unfortunately decided he had met the requirements to go home and they discharged him on Monday (Memorial Day) and needless to say they went over his meds with me but no therapy exercises to do at home, gave him one day supply of new meds and I had no idea who prescribed them and played hell today figuring all this out. I feel his was discharged with no supports set up to be successful at home.

I have been a nurse for 20 years and when It came time to choose a facility for a family member, Regency was my first choice. The facility is beautiful, and clean. The admissions process was not complicated. The staff have all been wonderful, friendly and very helpful. I am not always able to visit during the hours when the social workers and unit managers are available. However, communication with them has been very easy. I had a few small requests initially and was able to leave a note for the unit manager, everything was taken care of the next day! I have been very impressed and pleased overall!

Great facility! Had a very good experience - the staff is warm and welcoming and makes a family feel comfortable and cared for.

What an amazing facility!!

Our family couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional care and compassion this elder care facility provides. The staff treats every resident with dignity, kindness, and genuine warmth, creating a safe and uplifting environment that truly feels like home. From the attentive medical support to the engaging daily activities, everything is thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort, happiness, and peace of mind for both residents and their families.

My grams was in here and the staff could not have been any friendlier! They constantly had activities for the residents, it was a nice clean place with spacious rooms. I would absolutely recommend this to anybody looking for a place to take care of their loved ones. My only complaint was sometimes it took a little while for the light to be answered, but I understand that is just the way it goes sometimes when the caregiver ratio isn’t 1:1. Thank you regency for a great experience after a few bad ones!
