FOODS ARE NEVER WHAT YOU ORDER THAT'S AGAINST YOUR MEDICAL CONDITION, AT NIGHT TIME STAFF LEAVES UNCLEAN PATENTS NOT serving your medications on time. Doctors only show to collect free checks commissios. they are SHORT STAFF Of NURSES, WATER LEFT ON FLOOR BY Night STAFF cause me to Slip and fall and the administration is sweeping it into The Regency at Troy SYSTEMS... PATIENTS ARE NOT BEING ATTENTIVE TO... THEN I RESEARCH MORE AND FIND THE PROOF... 🥺👌🏾🙏🙏🏿🙏🏼 for ALL✨️

I can't wait to tell everyone about the exceptional experience I had working with Valentina she was the first person I spoke with at Regency. She was personable & comforting. I knew after speaking with her that Regency of Troy was the perfect Rehab for my loved ones. Yes, I recommended more than one relative as the facility is clean, the staff is professional & the PT/ OT staff is awesome.

Great place! The rehab department is exceptional. The building has had struggles as we have had multiple stays, however, over time I see huge improvements. The food and housekeepers are amazing. So kind and caring. The nursing staff has also had a change in management with so many positive attributes!!! I highly recommend giving them a chance!

The facility is beautiful and the staff is very attentive, I would definitely choose this facility again. Thank you!!!

My mom really likes it here. It’s definitely better than most nursing homes, although not perfect.

My mother 59 suffered a stroke and was here for rehab, she lasted 3 days.. they never flushed or change her feed port which led to it falling out... she was dependent on that for nutrition. This photo shows the top of the bandage... not the actual wound. So imagine how bad the wound was... I filed against the state with all my evidence and they were cited for many violations... I do not care for a repeat response like you tell everyone here... how ypur sooo so sorry and your facility strides for the best.... bs. These nurse here wanted to parking lot fight when you had a disagreement. I sent every video and picture to the state.. also note please stop calling me and my mom you can now speak with our attorney.

Dad moving to another facility today so I can leave an honest review Pro: beautiful spacious new building with light and excellent PT/OT area Con: extremely poor communication between care areas and with families. No coordination of care. Even between shifts communication with same type of provider (eg CNA) is extremely poor. Basically you’ll have numerous different providers changing different shifts with no clue Mixed: some caregivers with competency and compassion— some the complete opposite—

I am a LTC resident here. Shoutout to my social worker Lisa, the administrator Brad, Emanuel my CNA. They are all wonderful.
