Wonderful team and a very caring atmosphere. Everyone has been kind, attentive, and professional. We’re grateful for the support and excellent care provided.
The staff at this nursing home are caring, compassionate, and truly dedicated to their residents. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, and the team goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and supported. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the people they serve. Highly recommend!
My grandmother stayed at this nursing home, and our family had a wonderful experience. From the moment she arrived, the staff treated her with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. The nurses and caregivers were attentive to her needs and always took the time to make sure she was comfortable and well. We especially appreciated the communication from the staff, who kept us informed and were always willing to answer questions. We especially appreciated the communication from the staff, who kept us informed and were always willing to answer questions. What stood out most was the respect and dignity shown to my grandmother every day. She truly felt valued, and it was clear that the employees cared about their residents as people, not just patients. We are grateful for the support and excellent care she received during her stay. I would highly recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and professional environment for a loved one.
My great grandpa was cared for at this wonderful nursing home. The staff treated him and my family like family. I’m great full everyday for the care they provided.
My sister, Mary Wright was admitted to Regency at Whitmore Lake on April 2nd 2026. She went there after being severely sick and in St Joes for a month, with most of that in ICU. She needed a lot of physical therapy before she could come home. I can truly say that I am so glad that I chose this place. I have gotten to know a lot of the residents there along with the staff. All the residents are Happy. My sister was happy for the most part. But she is a very picky person. I enjoyed going there just about every day. They got her up and walking. Making her own bed, and dressing herself. She came home 05/22/2026. I will be visiting Regency often to see the residents that I have come attached to. Especially Sherrie. Staff is great. Only problem is, they, just like everywhere else, are understaffed. They make it work. Always pleasant.
The therapy sessions are challenging with Alex and Melissa, but at the end of the day you feel stronger.
I would not recommend this place at all ! They discharged my dad on a Friday evening and only sent him with one days worth of meds. I told the nurse jewel when he left that he would need another days worth because the VA IS closed during the weekend and she promised she would take care of it..I called repeatedly since this morning to have another day sent over and they kept telling me it was going to get sent the pharmacy closes in 30 mins and nothing was sent over, now I have to take him to the ER to get his meds because of this places negligence…as soon as your discharged they don’t give a crap about you! Very disappointed in the whole facility.. I would not recommend you bring your loved ones here!
I’m glad I chose Regency at Whitmore lake for my grandmother. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Any questions or concerns I’ve had, have been answered and handled in a timely manner. Thanks for your support and taking great care of my family.
