The care he has received there has been great and the staff are top notch. You cannot over look at how clean this place is, it shines top to bottom. The atmosphere, morale, setting, activities, support, and care reminded me of back in the 70's when medical facilities really cared about the overall care of their patients. Let me start by saying, I dont do the medical industry, I do holistic methods. My friend has came to Regency on the Lake in Fort Gratiot, MI for rehabilitation following a stroke. The care he has received there has been great and the staff are top notch. You cannot over look at how clean this place is, it shines top to bottom. The atmosphere, morale, setting, activities, support, and care reminded me of back in the 70's when medical facilities really cared about the overall care of their patients. I was surprisingly impressed and comforted with leaving my friend and his care to the staff at Regency on the Lake. I highly recommend this home.
My mother was at Regency in March 2026 for rehab. I bought her home early. If your loved one cannot look out for themselves you better stay with them.
I’ve just finished spending 2 months recovering from orthopedic surgery at Regency On The Lake. The care I received from the staff, the CNAs, the nurses, the Physical and Occupational Therapists, the Laundry, the Kitchen, the Pharmacy and the doctor were phenomenal. Should the occasion occur, I would return to Regency for care. Everyone was helpful and kind and they accommodated my limitations. I highly recommend this nursing facility!

My father was recently a resident at Regency for short term rehab. The nursing staff and therapy staff were great. The food was good and the accommodations beautiful. Would highly recommend it’s not easy to satisfy everyone and in this case it was 100% satisfaction from the person that mattered the most my father. Thankyou Regency
Staff is wonderful stay is wonderful. I won’t call it fun time cause I’m hurt but everything is doing very well at this day. I really do enjoy this place not my first rodeo here either. Nurses and AIDS are wonderful
Visited a loved one here. Place seems great!
This place is horrible! My mom was sent there for rehabilitation after a surgery complication, in barely 3 weeks she lost 31 lbs, got bedsores, caught covid and extreme dehydration! They just leave everyone in a bed to die there!
I'm so happy my Aunt is in good hands. I just wanted to say this place is truly Amazing!! Every Employee here works so hard. They're all Dedicated, professional, And have the biggest heart's. Thank you so much for everything you do for my Auntie..
