3.0 · 3 reviewsThe leading agents did not keep our tour appointment. After waiting for ten minutes, we asked the security guard how much longer. The security guard went and checked the office and said that they had gone to lunch. Very poor first impression.
I found River Towers for Mom, and she loves it. It's a big place, it's nice, very clean, and there's a lot of nice people. They've got a lot of stuff going on, buses pick them up, and she enjoys the activities. It was definitely for her.
The River Towers has a community room, a big screen TV, and a beauty salon. They sponsor outings, and they have an activity director. The best thing about this facility is the nice location. It is right next to a river and you can just sit in the community room or the lobby, and look out the water. The staff was very helpful too.
