They really showed that they cared from my Father’s well-being. that was until two days later when they moved him to the dementia floor and nobody knows why or who did it and without even asking the family. Now they won’t move him back. He’s there for rehab and they moved him to the long-term floor. How dare they who do they think they are? Without even informing the family
The service and attention was great from check in process as 1st time visitor I could be more satisfied with the treatment and care for my loved one! Nursing staff, PT and CNA’s as well as the nurse supervisor on station 1 were phenomenal. Thankful for each of you.
Facility is nice and clean. The staff made us feel very confident that our father is in really good hands.

Five stars! Friendly front desk, great staff, fantastic PT, and my sister says the food is really good - it’s homemade we’re told. My sister had a very good experience with Rivergate, all the way around!
I just was discharged Sat. The nurses were great, the therapists were very good, the aids were alright also. Now to the negative I didn't really like the administration, they acted like when you ask questions it was insulting to them. Then they were rushing you out the door also I am waiting for home care they have not sent in the paper work. Would not recommend them unless they changed administration
So far it seems to be a nice clean place. The people are friendly and willing to help. It is only my brother's second day but I hope he will recover quickly with the physical therapy he is getting.
The management team as well as the supporting staff has been so easy to communicate and work with, together for the same goals in patient care and safety.
