The staff is pretty decent
As long as my stepdad been there it was good at first lately n I don't gk often last 2 times 1 in June n today he was all dirty diaper exc n I told them they didn't move to change him his hair n beard are so bad I know it's hard with altimers also is it legal for the nurses to smell like marijuana on duty hello red flag idk what Todo who to contact km so not ok now

I love this facility. The people are so nice, my family member is always clean and happy. I don't want my family anywhere else!
As a son with an aging parent I can understand the disappointment of some of the people that have a loved one in this facility. I also understand that the people that work here are doing the best they can to care for all of the patients that are in need of assistance. This is not an easy task, if it was our loved ones would still be at home with us. I greatly appreciate all that the staff has done for my mother and myself. The staff has always been pleasant to me and my family. It's not perfect but they do an excellent job of helping take care of my loved one. ❤️
My aunt passed away a few weeks ago. And they won’t return our calls to see where they sent her body. Very unprofessional!! If you love and care for your family member you will not send them here. They need to be shut down.
This is one facility that I would definitely recommend. Clean, polite and I always feel welcomed. It's a hidden gem in my opinion. My mom was in a couple memory care places and they left a lot to be desired. No place is perfect. I'm satisfied with the care my loved one gets there.
This place is horrible my husband is hospice he went there for 5, days he arrive July 7 2023 around 12:20,I went up at around 4:00 just to check on him,well let me tell you he was treated horrible the nurse who had braids blonde with anthor color is the worst nurse,I have ever in my 59 yrs living seen she is rude,nasty,she doesn't need to work with human ever in life period,she needs to be retrained ,my husband didn't not receive none of his meds until Saturday morning,by then I had already call hospice and informed them to return my husband like Now or I will pick him up myself,they sent a ambulance Sat evening and my husband was back at home ,do not sent your luv ones there ever
