I visited Rosehaven Manor. They're friendly enough, but if you call their facility, they don't answer their phone. They say they have a doctor on-staff. The rooms were small. Upkeep was good. They have a rec room and it's convenient for residents. The staff seemed helpful.
We absolutely love this place! Been here for about 6 months now and wouldn't want to live any place else. They offer everything you would need, including a bus for transportation, hair salon, restaurant, patio/balcony, and some events. We find it quiet and peaceful. They could do more with their exterior look, as there is much flooding in the parking lot, both summer and winter so far. Also they could use an event planner 5 days a week and a cleaning crew 5 days a week. This is a large place with many folks looking for stuff to keep them busy. We absolutely love this place! Been here for about 6 months now and wouldn't want to live any place else. They offer everything you would need, including a bus for transportation, hair salon, restaurant, patio/balcony, and some events. We find it quiet and peaceful. They could do more with their exterior look, as there is much flooding in the parking lot, both summer and winter so far. Also they could use an event planner 5 days a week and a cleaning crew 5 days a week. This is a large place with many folks looking for stuff to keep them busy. The calendar they had when I first moved in was stopped by "corporate" which we find discouraging. Our cleaning lady is AWESOME, she does a wonderful job, but she is only one person and wouldn't have to work herself to death if she had help. I should also mention, they most certainly do have bug checks on EVERY apartment quarterly, and we've never had any issue with bugs. Our neighbors are friendly. The apartments are not huge, but they decorate up sooo nicely, I love mine!

Everything is s 5 for us my Sister-in-law loved her place but she just passed away, [date removed].Yes, I will recommend this community to others. I have been talking to other people about you guys but they always ask me what are the price ranging from a one bedroom to a two bedroom but I tell them I do not know because my sister-in-law was handling all her own business I just pick the place out for. The facilities at Rose Haven Manor in Flint Michigan was a beautiful place to live The staff Miss [name removed] Miss [name removed] Miss [name removed] and son the chef along with everyone else that have made my sister-in-law stay wonderful the place is a beautiful place to live I will recommend it to anyone that's looking for a place to stay they have lots of things to do the food is wonderful along with the residence everyone there makes you feel like family I want to thank each and everyone of you guys thank y'all thank y'all thank you from [name removed] and family
The atmosphere of the community residents has been a good experience for my mom. However, where the facility is located and the surrounding area, for most people, would be a turn-off. Shabby apartment complex across the street, liquor store across the street and this attracts drug buys and crime. Currently, she is paying [amount removed]/month (not including utilities) for a 1 bedroom. Rumor is the rent will increasing to [amount removed]/month. Just ridiculous.
My loved one is currently a resident at Rosehaven Manor and the experience has been very good so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are good. The meals and activities are also good. Overall, this facility is a good retirement facility and I would recommend it to others.
My grandma lives here and it's been great. There is a bus to take them places and lots of activities and I'm glad she has good people to be around
This is the 2nd time they’ve had a bedbug outbreak, my grandmother doesn’t leave the complex barely ever & she doesn’t have company but apartment has gotten infested with bedbugs because of other tenants. She pays over $900 a month for a 1 bedroom in Flint & is getting ate up by bedbugs. This place needs to be shut down
