My mom could no longer live in her home on her own and was in need of 24/7 care. In searching for a safe harbor for her to live out her life in a comfortable setting my family and I found Rosewood Adult Foster Care. I knew from the minute I stepped foot in the facility and meant the staff, I knew it was where she needed to be. They are caring and genuine people. The skilled wonderful staff the very homey atmosphere and delicious meals were just what my mom needed. She was only there for seventeen months but, I know it was a good safe enjoyable time until she passed. I will continue to recommend Rosewood to anyone in need of care for a loved one. There mission statement says it all Gentle Hands Caring Hearts Enriching Lives.

Mom has lived at Rosewood for 3 years. Before that mom-in-law lived there for several weeks. The rooms, though small are comfortable and visually appealing as is the entire facility. The dining room is a visual feast. I have had fun decorating mom’s room for the seasons. She loves the food. It seems it’s all homemade. Nothing is “prefab”. Many of the residents enjoy sitting at the counter watching meal prep. Mom does that with a cup of coffee. Communication between management and myself is excellent. I can text any time and get a rapid response. I see management most days when I visit. Mom…

I have zero complaints and my standards are high. I feel so fortunate to have found this place for Mom.

Rosewood is very clean, the food is wonderful, the residents are very friendly and the staff are GREAT! The laundry being done for us is a nice feature. If I have to be anywhere but home, this is where I would rather be.

I am grateful my grandma has Rosewood to call home. Never thought Grandma would accept anywhere else to be home, but it's so much like her actual home that she fit right in. Dementia can be a ugly disease, robbing memories. Since Grandma has been at Rosewood we've been able to get back to quality family time. There's always, things to do, holiday parties, the smell of a home cooked meal and a smile on Grandma's face. No longer being the caregivers put us back in good graces. The caregivers here love her like their own family. Also, the organization of Dr appointments, medicine, and communication behind the scenes from the staff makes us confident that no matter the challenges we face during the aging process, we are prepared. Thank you so much for all you do!

My Mother came to Rosewood in August 2021 and remained there until her death on [date removed]. Mom came here because she could no longer do the things necessary to live by herself. Not once during the entire time she resided here did she ever indicate to me that she wanted to be anywhere else. She came to think of Rosewood as her home. We appreciated the personal assistance and care that Mom received, which included home cooked meals, various activities, and friendships! We were especially thankful that she was able to stay in her room at Rosewood with the help of hospice during her final days.

Rosewood sets apart from other AFC’s, truly a home away from home. When you walk in, will feel welcomed right away. The staff caring, team organized and residents are well cared for. One of my favorite places to visit and send recommendations to. One thing that sets them apart is their kitchen is open with a counter that separates the room for the residents to participate in food preparation, interaction and aroma.

Rosewood provides its care in a home, with a maximum of 12 residents. There is no institutional feel. The owners are involved in the business and have set high standards for care. The staff are experienced and well trained. They all provide competent and loving care. My wife has been there 3 years and I have observed in my daily visits a consistent level of care for all residents. The facility is clean and well-maintained. The porch and garden are a delight in the warm weather months. But it’s the caregivers that make RosewoodAFC stand out!

I went to visit a relative who is a current resident and was absolutely blown away by how much it felt like being at her actual house. It just felt so much more cozy and inviting then a lot of the very sterilized and hospital-like environments of some homes. And all of that is just icing on the cake because at the real core of it they provide amazing care and my mother-in-law was absolutely glowing about how loving everyone there is. Could not recommend more 10/10.
