4.5 · 17 reviewsThis senior apartment needs alots of update and it looks very depressing and I did not like the first floor with no patio and the lady show us the available apartment and it was too small and I wanted 2nd floor patio upstair....ugh
Roxbury Court was my favorite. It was very clean and well-kept. The management was very friendly and informative. I met several of the residents, and their words were, "If you get a place here, you'll never want to leave." I really wanted that one, but as it turned out, they didn't have anything available. The staff who assisted me was young. She took us to the room. She was very friendly. She was working with us to try to get an apartment. There was one available, but she didn't realize that someone else had accepted a deposit on that unit, so that's why we didn't get that one. They had a…

Roxbury Court was my favorite. It was very clean and well-kept. The management was very friendly and informative. I met several of the residents, and their words were, "If you get a place here, you'll never want to leave." I really wanted that one, but as it turned out, they didn't have anything available. The staff who assisted me was young. She took us to the room. She was very friendly. She was working with us to try to get an apartment. There was one available, but she didn't realize that someone else had accepted a deposit on that unit, so that's why we didn't get that one. They had a library, and I believe they had a small beauty salon. They had transportation like a shuttle bus that would take you shopping. They had elevators for the second floor. It was so well taken care of, and I saw no flaws in it during the short time I was there. There was a dining area where you can bring your own meals and sit at the table and chairs and eat with other people, or bring in your coffee and sit and have coffee with others, but I don't recall seeing any kitchen.
Roxbury Court is a wonderful place to live! The staff, all the way from the office to maintenance are friendly and efficient. Any time I have had an issue or a question they were right there to answer it and/or get if fixed. Your heat is paid for by the complex and there are always activities going on in the community room. Roxbury Court is a wonderful place to live! The staff, all the way from the office to maintenance are friendly and efficient. Any time I have had an issue or a question they were right there to answer it and/or get if fixed. Your heat is paid for by the complex and there are always activities going on in the community room. From Bingo to potlucks and donuts on Friday there is always a chance for meeting new friends. For me one of the most important benefits of Roxbury Court is its location. Located directly across the street from VG's and a mile and half from the Clio Area Senior Center and within walking distance of downtown Clio, you can't get any better. Also, once a week VG's takes and order and delivers the groceries right to the complex. I couldn't have chosen a better place to live in Clio. --Gail Claxton

This is really a nice place to live. Everyone is very friendly and always looking out for each other. They have frequent potlucks to invite the residents together to socialize, and constantly have different events down in the community room. It is quiet and back away from the road. All visitors have to be buzzed into the apartments so it gives residents a wonderful sense of security. I love my apartment, Thelma.
I have lived at Roxbury Court Apartments for 8 years. It is the best place to live in the Clio area. My apartment has become my home, not my apartment. The staff (Teresa, Erika and Curt) are friendly and respond to us with the upmost professionalism. I urge you to come in and see why we live here!
My husband and I have been residents at Roxbury Court Apartments for almost two years and it has truly been a warming experience. We have never lived in an apartment before and I must say the staff has always been friendly, helpful and always addressed any issues we may have had quickly. Not having to shovel snow or cut grass is truly a plus as well. The grounds outside and building inside are always neat, clean and in order. For our convenience; there is a direct walkway from the front door of the building, through the lawn to the street where you can cross and go to the grocery store and post office, and Roxbury also has a main floor laundry. Those who live in the Roxbury community are fun, down to earth individuals and we look out for one another. Occasionally, special events are held in the building where we can come and socialize with one other. Don’t let me forget to mention the calendar that we receive each month that shows us the upcoming activities for the following month. Being a part of the Roxbury family is a true blessing. Thank you to everyone for making us feel welcomed and we are happy to be a part of this wonderful community.
I've lived at Roxbury Court for 15 years. It's a beautiful place with wonderful staff. All of the neighbors I have met have been very nice. Roxbury is better than the others I visited, it feels more like a home. I am very happy to be living here. Naomi Kennedy
