4.7 · 15 reviewsAs someone that works in senior health, I have to visit and work in many facilities. Royal view is a very clean,comforting environment with a dedicated staff. They also partner with outside organizations to provide high quality care to their residents. They also involve the greater community in the area to keep their residents locally connected.
Royal view Management and employees are top notch. They are very caring and attentive to pts at Royal view community .I can’t say enough about Brittany administration,Cellsey management, Tammy ,Lexi,Ali,Jessica , Craig and so many many more .

It's hard to put into words how amazing Royal View is. We were taking care of a neighbor and needed a fast transition to a place that could care for her 24/7. Brittany came on a weekend to get us setup to the move in our neighbor within hours. While we were there, staff provided excellent care, super friendly, and thoughtful. Brittany truly cares about her residents, and went above and beyond for the short stay our neighbor was there. They will fight for you and make sure you get the best care possible with comfort in mind.
I have never been to a more caring Facility than Royal View!!! They were so caring and kind right to the end of my Mom's life!
My stepfather is in Royal View Retirement Community. The place is excellent, I have nothing but good stuff to say about them. The staff is wonderful, they've been very helpful and caring. The only issue I have is that they were very expensive, but they're cheaper than a lot of the other places. It's almost $5,000 a month. The staff is just very compassionate and very knowledgeable. From what my stepfather says, the food is good. They have several activities but he hasn't been part of them. They could have a little bit more outings. They're much better value than some of the other places I looked into as far as what you get for your money. They have a barbershop and an in-house doctor that comes in, which is very convenient.
My mom had the privilege of staying here for only a short four-day time period. When my mom arrived and looked around she said she felt like she was in a penthouse suite. The whole building and grounds were very well-kept and beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly and very attentive to my mother. In addition, the administrator, Laura, went above and beyond coming in in the middle of the night to make sure that my mother was comfortable. By the time my mom arrived here I was completely exhausted. During her time here I felt completely comfortable to sleep knowing my mom was being well taken care of. In addition, they provided us an apartment that had its own separate bedroom and bathroom so family could stay. I could not have asked for a better place for my mom to spend her final days. The professionalism, the friendliness, the courtesy, the respect that we were shown from the staff was just what we needed at this time in our life. I will forever remember you all. Thank you so much.
Over the last decade with my Royalview family. The residents and staff have shared their lives with me. I will cherish this gift through my life’s journey. I invite everyone to share this blessing with me. Karen Jackson
