I been going there for 6 years and now our loved one is not there anymore because she was moved to a different place. They will keep your loved one in pain and claim they gave her medication but how is she still in pain. When your loved one is on the phone with family they will hang up the call. They will keep her emergency call button away from her. They don’t follow dietary instructions for dialysis. They will lie and claim she’s sleeping when your loved one is awake at 8 pm. The employees are all liars and they want to control your loved one. I been going there for 6 years and now our loved one is not there anymore because she was moved to a different place. They will keep your loved one in pain and claim they gave her medication but how is she still in pain. When your loved one is on the phone with family they will hang up the call. They will keep her emergency call button away from her. They don’t follow dietary instructions for dialysis. They will lie and claim she’s sleeping when your loved one is awake at 8 pm. I caught them lying many times and I went to her window in 2023 and talked to her. I did let her know that they lied about her and told me she’s sleeping. They will take your loved ones phone away that was not their telephone and my husband is the one who bought his mother a phone so we can FaceTime. They are very under staffed. The social worker is a liar and she thinks she above the law. They treat other patients differently which is not good. If you love your loved one don’t bring them here or you will regret it.
This facility has been taking care of my brother in law for almost two years. They have gone above and beyond of anyplace could. They have bent over backwards to give exceptional care. Thanks to all working there.
Do not take your love ones to this facility the staff is rude. Takes a long time for staff to answer call lights. They don’t care the activities are not good. They are boring and most residents would rather stay in their rooms. They do the bare minimum. It feels like everyone there does bare minimum. Food sucks

My mother has been a resident off and on in this facility over the last few years due to various health problems. She was in the rehab unit in a private room. Physical therapy worked with her daily and kept me updated. The staff treated her like family. My only complaint is that sometimes she would have to wait half an hour for her call light to be answered. I understand the CNAs are busy and can be understaffed, but that is not okay. She didn't want much to do with activities but we tried. She didn't care for the food since it was bland, but they have to do that for most of the residents. I recommend this place to anyone nearby who needs a place to care for a loved one.
My father with Alzheimer's was a resident of this facility, and everyone took the utmost care of him. They were respectful and courteous and always made sure he was okay. The aides and nurses treated him like family. I would absolutely recommend this care facility to anyone looking for a safe, comforting, place for their loved ones.
I have gone to this facility to visit my grandpa and found that they nurses are not taking proper care of him. they have keep him over medicated to where he is incoherent and he can not feed himself. they do not help to feed him. they keep him "snowed under" with pain killers. I was there two days ago to see my grandpa and he looked like death warmed over. the RN does not know how to take care of a power port pick line and they lie about everything that they do for my grandpa. nothing is right with that place. if they don't step up soon it could possibly be the end for my grandpa. they do nothing to help anyone there. now they have gone so far under that they should have been closed down a long time ago. the place is no good. its time that it either goes under new ownership or just gets closed down.
