Serenity staff keep the resident's clean, serve nutritious meals, do exercises and call you when there is any issue with, whether big or small, your loved one. I highly recommend this facility. The staff are very caring and compassionate.
My family and I met [name removed], owner of Serenity Elderly Care, in March 2023. My mother was diagnosed with dementia a few years ago, but her condition worsened when she suffered a stroke in February 2023. We needed a place for my mother after she was discharged from the rehab center because she required 24/7 care. [name removed] was very professional to deal with, and he showed compassion and empathy to my mother. My family and I met [name removed], owner of Serenity Elderly Care, in March 2023. My mother was diagnosed with dementia a few years ago, but her condition worsened when she suffered a stroke in February 2023. We needed a place for my mother after she was discharged from the rehab center because she required 24/7 care. [name removed] was very professional to deal with, and he showed compassion and empathy to my mother. He helped us with paperwork and took care of all the necessary steps in order for my mother to stay at their facility. Meeting the staff for the first time gave my family a sense of security knowing that my mother would be cared for. We are so blessed that we were able to place my mother with Serenity Elderly Care because we had peace of mind in knowing that my mother was well taken care of. If we had questions or concerns, [name removed] and his staff were quick to respond and handle any concerns we may have. My mother is still at Serenity Elderly Care facility, and we are grateful.
I had to put my father in a group home and a place for mom recommended Serenity. Words cannot express the caring they've shown my dad. When he recommended to go to hospice, they took the steps necessary to become a certified hospice so I wouldn't have to go through the search. THAT'S GOING ABOVE & BEYOND and I am truly grateful for these angels here on earth. They keep me informed on his health and his needs. Again. I'm glad I was referred to this place.

Serenity Elder Care for sure is a Facility that I would recommend to anybody that needs the service. From Management to their staff, we are grateful. This Facility is fortunate to have the kind of staff that they have. The staff are caring , kind, compassionate and treats clients with respect. Clients and their family/visitor are treated more like a family.
What’s not to love. If you’re looking for a facility that is organized, clean, caring and dedicated to the well being of your loved, then look no further than Serenity. The owner and staff are extremely personable and easy to work with. Everything is always neat and organized and they will keep you abreast of any situation that is occurring. After having dealt with other care facilities, this one stands above.
Our family had an in person tour with Serenity Elderly Care and we thought the overall tour experience and the community was very good and nice, but there was just another community that was going to be a little bit better of a fit for our loved one
My name is [name removed], a retired Registered Nurse. A couple of my long time friends are now residents at the Facility owned and operated by [name removed]. It is a Facility that residents are treated not as a client but more like a family. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. Every time I go visit my friends, I can tell they are well taken cared of, they both look happy and comfortable. One thing for sure , I would highly recommend this facilty to anybody..
This group home is highly recommended to the people who really need help with adls. Staff is reliable, dependable, faithfully taking care the clients, friendly, helpful. Facility is nice and descent.
