3.6 · 51 reviewsVisited this place for my mom. They wanted my mom to stay in a room with 4 other people and 6 people sharing one bathroom. It was hot in there, flies flying around, green beans on the floor and it looked like the floor hasn’t been moped in forever. The curtains were dirty. The staff did seem friendly though but the overall state of the facility was sub par. On the other hand the staff did seem nice. We are putting my mom somewhere else.
My uncle was a patient here and the people there provided exceptional care to him. His last day were comfortable and everyone was pleasant and kind.
I am very pleased with the care and compassion shown by the staff at Sheffield. Everyone is professional, attentive, and treats residents with dignity and respect. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. The staff goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. Communication with families is excellent, and it’s clear that the residents’ well-being is a top priority. I highly recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for quality care for their loved one.

My family member has been living here for some time now, and we’ve had a very positive experience. What stands out the most is the staff — they are caring, compassionate, and always treat residents with kindness and respect. The nurses and caregivers take the time to make families feel informed and comfortable, which means a lot during such an important stage of life. It gives us peace of mind knowing our loved one is being well looked after every day. We truly appreciate all the hard work and dedication from everyone at the facility.
The staff at this nursing home have been compassionate, attentive, and professional throughout our experience. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well organized, and the residents are treated with dignity and care. Communication with families has been excellent, and it’s reassuring to know our loved one is in such capable hands. We truly appreciate everything the team does every day.
There’s a reason that it was built less than 2 miles from sinai grace. Don’t expect them to know how to or even do anything for your family member in a life or death situation.
The staff at this nursing home are compassionate, attentive, and truly dedicated to the residents. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable environment. Nurses and caregivers respond quickly and treat residents with dignity and respect. I feel confident knowing my loved one is safe and well cared for here.
I am a Liasion and I can honestly say out of all the nursing facilities I have patients in Sheffield Manor patients only have great things to say. One of my patients transferred from a facility and transferred to Sheffield Manor. When I tell you she is a testimony to the great care and compassion that is given there. I absolutely love the social worker Cornelius. Keep up the great care Sheffield Manor employees!
