Lovely senior home

As we all know having to transition your parents into a new community is not only difficult for your parent(s) but for the family as well because you want a safe, caring and friendly community. Christina and Heather could not have been more accommodating, helpful or kinder. In addition to this being an excellent community for our mom to join, but to know that such wonderful people like Heather and Christina are working, there helps to relieve your worries. We know, along with them, the other workers and the residents my mom will thrive in the community.

Fantastic experience! I first called facility 12/29/25 in morning. Spoke to Christina (Louk). Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Set up an appointment to meet and tour facility 12/30/25. Christina made everything effortless and comfortable during our meeting and tour. That's when I also met Heather. She was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They both let the community kind of speak for itself. Pointed out all the great amenities. But it was never rushed or a 'hard sell'. It was like discussing my Mom's needs with an old friend. Very knowledgeable friends. When I texted Christina (even outside normal work hours) she always responded very quickly. I always felt like we were a priority. Her and Heather always took the extra time with us to discuss my Mom's needs/situation. Never rushed. Always encouraged us not to hesitate to call/contact them with any questions. They both go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We look forward to continuing our experience and interaction as my Mom joins the community.

This living community is the just the place our family was looking for for our mother. From the first moment walking in, it felt like a home. Everyone was engaging and helpful. Christina L. and Heather were very open, kind, caring, and helpful with all aspects of what we wanted and needed for our mother to be included. Accommodations are amazing and staff is knowledgeable and understanding. Christina and Heather went above and beyond to make our family feel part of the community within minutes (and it wasn't a pitch- it was just how they are!) Thank you for making what could have been a scary, defeating milestone in my mom's journey, a very positive, exciting new adventure. We are ALL excited to join the Shorehaven Living Community.

This is a wonderful place where my mom was able to participate in a lot of activities and a special shout out for shpresak Wonderful help at the front desk as well as Brenda and Heather. We are very thankful from the Bizzocchi Family
