I was here for 2 weeks. The nurses and the nursing staff were awesome. The physical therapists were great as well. I would have given 5 stars if my shared room was bigger, ( about 10ft x 10ft) and the food wasn't always lukewarm. I did choose to eat in my room instead of the dining room, so that likely contributed to the temp of the food. I miss everyone.

Experience? Bad... Mostly good staff. One made false accusations against my spouse. Luckily one individual had the sense to send her to the hospital. In the end all Medilodge accomplished was to burn up all but one or two of her Medicare days. Now she has 0 days left to get help, therefore I'm looking forward to a bill for around $10,000.00 to do the job Medilodge didn't. Somewhere in the "he said, she said" my spouse was accused of instructing the staff to remove her drain tube, not true, only a doctor or the wound specialist can order that. P.S. Look for another facility for your loved one.

The team at Medilodge of Zeeland is truly wonderful; everyone is supportive, compassionate, and dedicated to what they do. They provide excellent care for both short-term rehabilitation and long-term residents. I highly recommend Medilodge of Zeeland to anyone in need of rehabilitation or long-term care!
