Caring nurses and cna's. The rehab department (PT and OT) were really good with my mother.

I had a great experience and everyone did there job with care, the food was very delicious and the verity was different every day, loved it there and would recommend it to anybody

Today is my mom's 2nd day there and I'm very upset with them. She was transferred from Toledo hospital after 1 week after open heart surgery, she still has a heart hugger, she's there for rehab for 2 weeks. 1. Her physical therapist was trying to get her to raise her arms above her head which she is not allowed to per cardiologist. 2. Her medicine is not on time 3. They are treating her like she's stupid. 4. She has a brief on cause she is a fall risk right now, she is still a little weak from her surgery she has called me multiple times that she is soaked right through her pants. 5. They are…

5. They are not giving her, her pain medicine on time, she had one at 7 am her next one would be 6 hours my mom called me at 3:30, and said she hasn't had it yet so I call to tell them, she told me that they are waiting for the pharmacy I said ok, so I call my mom to tell her, she's like that is BS, while I was on the phone with my mom, the nurse came in to her room and I heard the nurse say she was there to give her, her pain pill, how convenient is that. I'm one pissed off daughter. Update: so much better

My husband just spent a few weeks in there REHAB.WE had a great experience the staff was great even though they were short staff My husband got great care

My mom has been here twice now for rehabilitation after the hospital. The second, more recent stay was much better and it seems like they are actively working on following up and doing better. Her first and second stay though there was barely edible food and the toilets stopped working correctly each time. But the second stay we loved the nurses and staff, they were all kind, helpful, and very appreciated! I’ve had many follow ups asking how she is and if she needs rehabilitation again I’m sure we will be back. The facility having maintenance issues isn’t the fault of anyone except probably old faulty plumbing it’s just inconvenient, but we do wish the food was better. We don’t expect perfection but some of the things we saw were really not good at all. (Food wise) I took away stars for those things, not her care.

So my mom was transported to Hickman Hospital a few weeks where the derelict staff in the ER blew an IV full of medicine directly into her right arm which in turn pretty much from what I'm told looks like it burned her from the inside out on her right arm she had massive blisters where toledo nurses had to pop them so they could start healing. Then she was transported to THIS PLACE. Where she has a pic line for antibiotics which the transparent bandage is spose to be changed every seven days well Springcreek employees did not change it within those 7 days with 2/16/26 is clearly written on the transparent bandage so it was changed almost 2 days after it was supposed to be changed. And then because of legal reasons I asked the facility to take pictures her un-bandaged right arm with my moms phone and they said sure we can do that and guess what they didnt. Matter of fact I asked them would it be ok to put a note up to remind the employees to do this and then said they would check and see and then finally after almost two days of asking they put it in her chart and then guess what they forgot AGAIN!!!!!! I mean enough is enough do your job correctly please. The bad part about it is the owners are getting rich off poor ppls insurance companies. The patients are not being cared for properly. So yeah definitely looking into getting her moved to Adrian Bay where she was before at least there they did everything I asked and was a decent place. And the picture below the bandage was changed after midnight on 2/25/26 three days late.. So yeah to say the least I'm a little upset and ppl who know me well no what im saying lol. The place is a joke. Do not send your ppl here period not good.

My brother was admitted into this place after this i would not let my worst enemy stay in this place. He was treated like an animal not a human being, he was pushed down by one of the nurses and was hit several times, my brother is 56 years old but he has the mind of a 5 year old, they completely treated him so bad then they wanted to put the blame on him because he started chasing them down the hall threatening them. They sent him to York hospital and they had a very hard time to straighten him out Because of so much anger from what they did to him. Please do not take anyone in your family there.

Everyone there was great the staff were able to make me feel better than I have in years
