Springview Tower

Springview Tower has been under new management since [date removed]. Springview is now professionally managed by KMG Prestige, INC. The new management team has diligently been working hard to make Springview Tower a desired place to retire. Springview Tower Apartments are conveniently located in the heart of Battle Creek; near downtown, KCC Community College, Hospital, Grocery Store, Pharmacy and Restaurants. We offer a hot lunch, along with blood pressure and health screenings, physical therapy and visiting doctors just to name a few of the many amenities we have to offer right here on site.

I agree with the previous review, staff very unfriendly and rude. Place is infested with bed bugs. The library and dining room have been locked up and we are no longer allowed to gather for socializing. They raised the laundry prices. They no longer have a night manager so now you go out the front door in full view of camera when in need of an ambulance or body bag, very distasteful! This place really has become like jail. Many people moving out as fast as they can. I cant wait to move! Old management was much better. They took away our transportation too, no more bus rides to grocery store.…

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The staff is rude and bully people. They don't fix anything til they get ready, they treat us like we are in jail basically took everything from us write us up for stupid reasons, not enough security, people getting robbed at night and day light, thw office manager is never in the office and when she is here she keeps up alot of drama ia anything she needs to go. The assistant manager is rude [removed]l and when trying to call corporate no o e never answer if you ask me kmg prestige need to go out of business or let another business buy them out…
