They had an amazing ease when it came to moving my dad in. They also provide everything someone may need, bed, tv, all toiletries, minus depends. Be mindful to quickly move items out of the facility after passing, we had somethings given away to a family member and some thrown away that were not supposed to be. The staff will love your family members like they are their own, they even do a welcome basket, birthday and Christmas gifts. They are lacking in employees and in training of some employees. But the care and compassion shown the day of my dad's passing was something I will forever hold…

Sunnyside Senior Living was nice and clean. Everybody we talked to was helpful and knowledgeable. There wasn't a high turnover rate and the ones that were there seemed to stay there, which was a good sign that everything else was good. They were happy that they were there and in today's world, it's hard to keep anybody anywhere and usually, a happy worker is going to do a better job with the people they're taking care of. Every room was kept up and cared for. They had quite a list of different things for their residents to do. At the time I was there, they were busy having Christmas carols.
Wasn't happy with the cleanliness of my parents room. Food portions were small. My parent was told she didn't need help and could do some particular activity on her own. The supervisor blocked me from going to my parents room on the day of there death. Should have taken legal action since the next day the rest of my family was allowed in and took all MY parents belongings and kept them. I wish I had sued 'Jackie' for blocking me from MY parents room where all there personal property was for pain and suffering. I do NOT recommend Sunnyside Senior Living.
