Excellent customer service and with employees
Bridgeway Park is a great place to live. You are either placed in Assisted Living or Memory Care. I reside in Assisted Living with my cat, Gracie. Tuesday, Brooke threw the biggest pizza party for us and invited people from the senior center. It had to be the biggest party in the neighborhood. After pizza and cookies, we all played Name That Tune Jeopardy. It was fun trying to name songs from the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, and songs from movies. I didn’t get any of the 80s or songs from movies because I was too busy listening to songs from the 60s and 70s. After much laughter, the manager, Kelly…

After much laughter, the manager, Kelly performed Grease Lightening, then it was break time. The guests left and I went to my room. It wasn’t too long and I got a knock on the door and a request to play Uno. Several residents showed up. Uno is always a crack up if you haven’t played before. When you don’t have the right color card to play, you have to press the button on the Uno Attack machine and when you least expect it, the machine will spit out cards at you, which end up flying everywhere. When Kelly the manager isn’t in the building, it seems very quiet. But when she’s here you never know what to expect. It could be playing Corn Hole, or Bingo, or going for a walk.
We are so grateful for the staff at this facility! They go above and a beyond to keep residents engaged with great activities and provide excellent, personalized care. It’s such a warm and vibrant environment.
Bridgeway Park has been a wonderful home for many folks. The building is always clean and welcoming, and there always seems to be an activity or event happening. The staff are friendly and clearly care about the residents. We feel comfortable knowing our loved one is safe and looked after here.
My mom has been a resident for almost a year. The facility is very clean, the food always smells good and looks good when I am there during meal time. I think the staff is outstanding! Everyone treats my mom well. I feel they are doing a great job taking care of her.
What a difference the new ownership has made in this facility since taking over. Formally Tecumseh Place, The new Owners really care about the residents and the staff. I can definitely see a change in my loved one since they are now Bridgeway Park. My Mom has been a residence in this facility for the past 4 years. To me, they are the best for memory Care in this County.
This place has done a complete 360! The administration is extremely helpful and does everything in their power to do what they can to help with whatever issue is presented. It’s a clean and bright looking facility when you first walk into the building! Absolutely love this place.
