That experience was more than I expected. I had no problems with the admissions clerk RV general manager upon completing the papers for my sister. They were organized and well versed in their presentation. I will let you know further comments after she has been there a little while. Next paragraph: my sister was discharged Monday July 27th. I was very pleased at what the The Villa has done for her two weeks stay. She's walking very good with the Walker, too good perhaps. The assured healthcare agency came today July 28th to get the paperwork set up for her home health care services and physical therapy services I was very pleased with that today now we will see how she comes out for the next 6 weeks. We have encouraged her to do whatever they tell you to do so she can get back to not using a walker. I am very pleased with your service the food was looked good at the Villa the people were very friendly, and very attentive, and helpful. The only thing that I wish you would improve on down the road is larger rooms for your residence. It's a little tight in her room as there was nowhere to put you know flowers or something on the dresser in case to stay would have been longer. Any questions give me a call I'd be very glad to answer anything at all. Signed Mrs Vera boyd, Grace O'Neal's sister q

Very impressed with the welcoming atmosphere when I arrived to visit my dear friend Estralita Cross. Although she was sleeping, her posture and appearance was evidence that whoever on staff responsible for taking care of her was on point.

I personally would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff members take far too long to respond to residents’/ clients’ needs, which is very concerning. The food is also extremely poor, yet they still expect people to take medication on an empty stomach. That simply does not make sense and raises serious concerns about the level of care being provided.

Shout out to housekeeper Supervisor and Nurse Shelby … my dad has been here for about 10 days now(Harry Harris) Rm 115 bed 1. Today his clothes were missing and I asked, nurse Shelby, she got Supervisor involved and with an hours time his things wee pretty much back. Everyone here seems to be very friendly and helpful. Thanks again

So far it has been a pleasant experience, because customer service was always my job, it’s important to me how I’m treated when I enter the facility… I’ve received calls with updates about my dad. I think it will be just fine.. so far so good… just give my dad COFFEE and he will be happy… I pray for a speedy and good rehabilitation

Staff is professional and friendly.

Great place to send your loved ones if need they take care of the residents with patience and love

Only a few staff members were attentive to residents there. They do not do proper housekeeping at all. My mom was there for 2.5 weeks. They ignore the call button. I was there everyday visiting my mom and I had to occasionally look for nurses for assistance. My did not have the experience we were hoping for. The physical therapists were good. Food was strange and undesirable.
